These terms and conditions, will apply to all, and everything sold, or traded through this site and its associated store.
No Fix, No Fee Policy: Means exactly that with us. If we cannot fix your send in repair, you get charged £0. (excludes return postage costs). we wont charge any fees or labour for our attempts at fixing your device.
- Warranty Terms: All of our repairs, including sales of, used or custom built devices, come with warranty. Warranty ranges from 3-12 months as standard. With the option for an extended warranty period, for a small fee.
- Data and Privacy: Console.Techz.UK can not be held responsible for any data loss incurred, whilst we are repairing or modifying your devices.
- Manufacturer Warranty: Utilising a third-party repair service will almost certainly void the manufacturer's original warranty. Please bare this in mind when considering a repair or modification.
- Console.Techz.UK: We reserve the right to deem any device upon inspection unfit for repair, including uneconomically. If we receive your device for repair, with additional faults not disclosed prior, your device will be returned to you at your cost, if additional faults hinder the booked in repairs. You will have the option to pay for the additional faults to be rectified, prior to any works commencing.
- Due to the nature of our business, buying and selling devices. We from time to time receive devices that have been modified with some type of bios modchip, or boot device, including software. We can not be held responsible for selling or trading these devices, without prior knowledge or disclosure from the original seller. If you receive such a device from us, we are happy to do a full exchange immediately.
